Expert Tips

Granola is a combination of grains (mainly oats), nuts and dried fruits. Any flavor or type of granola will work well in this recipe.

This is an easy way to sneak a good-for-you grain into your child's breakfast and start the day in a healthful, hearty way.

Directions

  • 1 In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Stir in granola.
  • 2 Brush griddle or skillet with vegetable oil, or spray with cooking spray; heat griddle to 375°F, or heat skillet over medium heat.
  • 3 For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown. Top with additional granola, yogurt and bananas.
