A few weeks, ago my friend who suffers from gluten intolerance organized a get-together at his house. He showed me how to prepare refreshing cocktails that are delicious for people on gluten-free diets as well as to those who are not.
If you're not familiar with the subject, a gluten-free diet eliminated foods and ingredients that contain grains like whole wheat, barley, rye and oats. Many processed foods can contain gluten; this is why it's so important to read the nutritional information on the back label of our foods.
