Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on brownie mix box

Filling

  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 2 oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
  • 2 teaspoons fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 drop green food color

Topping

  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray bottom of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

    In medium bowl, beat Filling ingredients with electric mixer on low speed until combined; increase to medium speed until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set.

    Meanwhile, in small microwavable bowl, microwave Topping ingredients uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Microwave 15 to 30 seconds longer or until cream is hot and chips can be stirred smooth. Let stand 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Drizzle topping evenly over mint filling. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until topping is set. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Cover and refrigerate any remaining brownies.
