Expert Tips

To toast walnuts, heat oven to 350ºF. Bake uncovered in ungreased shallow pan about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, beat lemon juice, mustard and salt with whisk. Slowly beat in olive oil, then thyme.
  • 2 Add cauliflower, cabbage, red onion and apple; toss to coat. Stir in walnuts and cranberries; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
