From afternoons by the pool to children's parties, any other occasion is the perfect time to enjoy fruit kabobs with yogurt. My daughter loves them and she could eat them all the time. This gives me the perfect opportunity to get her to eat fruits. If you want to make the portions look more appealing, play with ingredients of different colors and use a cookie cutter to cut larger fruits into fun shapes. What's your perfect combination of fruits to use for the kabobs?

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi, cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 small cubes of watermelon
  • 4 small cubes of cantaloupe
  • 4 small cubes of pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • Mint leaves, enough to garnish

Directions

  • 1
    Insert a piece of each different type of fruit on 4 skewers. Refrigerate.
  • 2
    Combine yogurt and honey, in a small cup. Garnish with mint leaves and serve it as a dip for the fruit kabobs.
