When my children were young we would sometimes take advantage of the afternoons to make cookies or chocolates. They always enjoyed how nice they looked and loved eating what they had prepared. One of the recipes they enjoyed the most is very similar to this one: two-ingredient chocolates. What I enjoyed most was the variety; sometimes we would make them with white chocolate and white raisins, but others we would use milk chocolate and peanuts. There were so many versions. I went through a sugar flower phase. I liked practicing with the pastry sleeves with different tips, plus I had tons of bowls filled with icing to create hundreds of small colorful flowers on my wax paper-lined dining table. As I'm sure you've already figured out, the decorations for my chocolate, cakes and homemade pastries were these mini sugar flowers that had to be used quickly due to the high humidity in Lima. The result was exquisite and we were all very happy with it. The kids would pass time making and decorating their sweets while I relaxed and learned how to decorate cakes and cookies. Inspired by the many chocolate candies made with my children, I present you with this mini recipe for chocolate with Fiber One™ Protein cereal. When you make them you'll notice that there's nothing easier or more delicious. But I do have one piece of advice: be sure to eat them quickly in order to enjoy the crunchy texture of the cereal, though maybe this recommendation is unnecessary as I'm sure these tasty sweets won't be around long anyway!
