Directions

  • 1 Let the strips of bacon brown on a pan until they're crunchy.
  • 2 Remove the bacon and save some of the oil.
  • 3 Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.
  • 4 Whip and pour the mixture into the same pan you cooked the bacon in.
  • 5 Stir constantly and remove from the heat when they're ready.
  • 6 Use a grill or sandwich press to form the sandwiches. Place a piece of bread on the grill or sandwich press, cover with eggs, slices of cheese and strips of bacon.
  • 7 Cover with another piece of bread.
  • 8 Let the bread toast light and cheese melt.
  • 9 Cut the Panini in half and serve immediately.
