I love Asian food, but I’ve only been brave enough to follow recipes that are easier and that have few ingredients. That’s the case of this stir-fried dish with shrimp and broccoli, delicious and simple to make.
You can use beef or chicken instead of shrimp, or if you prefer, you can even combine different types of meat for an excellent option. You can also add other veggies such as carrots or red bell peppers.
It goes great with a side of white rice or lo mein, or simply on its own. Would you add any other ingredients?
