Directions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a large pot on medium heat. Add onions and pepper, sauté for 3-4 minutes or until the onion is aromatic and translucent. Add garlic and sauté, stirring for about 1 minute.
  • 2 Add pasta, chicken stock and milk to the same pot; mix well. Bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has reduced. Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is a little tender, about 2 minutes.
  • 3 Add butter, heavy cream and parmesan cheese; mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cream thickens a little more.
  • 4 Serve immediately.
