Directions

  • 1 In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.
  • 2 Stir in all remaining ingredients except macaroni. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; stir in macaroni. Simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until macaroni and vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf. If desired, season to taste with salt and pepper.
