This Easter, why not mix it up by making pops using Easter eggs instead of filling them with candy? A festive healthier treat everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 12 plastic Easter eggs
  • Pomegranate juice, to taste

Directions

    Place bottom halves of plastic Easter eggs inside cupcake pan or egg carton and fill with juice.
  • 2
    Using a paring knife, pierce two holes, one small and one large enough to pour juice in each top half of plastic egg.
  • 3
    Place top half on top of bottom and, using a funnel, fill with juice. Place in freezer for about 4 hours. Once completely frozen, remove from freezer, remove top half and serve.

    Have fun by using various fruit juices or adding diced fruit to bottom half of Easter egg for a festive touch.
