Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Liberally spray a baking sheet with non-stick cook spray.
  • 3 In a large bowl combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
  • 4 In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs until well combined.
  • 5 Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Drop cookie batter by the tablespoon onto baking sheet, 1 inch apart.
  • 6 Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, and place on cooling racks to cool completely.
  • 7 Once all cookies have been baked and cooled, drizzle with dulce de leche and serve.
