Directions

  • 1 Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Cool; set aside.
  • 2 Scoop out all but 1/4 inch along edges of avocado halves. Brush exposed surface of avocados with lemon juice; cut remaining avocado into cubes.
  • 3 In large bowl, toss garlic with oil, salt and pepper; stir in basil, cubed avocado and tomatoes. Toss with pasta. Spoon into avocado halves. Top with Asiago curls, if desired.
