Natalia Carter Eggs are and will always be one of my favorite ingredients in recipes. From fried to in a pastry, it's amazing how many recipes can be made with them. One tasty summer treat that is always present when my family gets together is dill eggs. It's a different and fresh way to consume protein.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled, peeled and diced eggs (cooked in advance)
  • Dill to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Serve in individual glasses, on toast or with crackers.
