Colorful Gelatin with Whipped Cream and Mini Trix™

This refreshing and colorful dessert will be a favorite with kids and adults: it’s ideal for hot long summer days. You can make it with different colors according to the occasion you’re celebrating. It’s also a great snack. I made it a few days ago to serve it as a dessert and I could tell everyone loved it because all the little cups were empty.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 package (3 oz) grape gelatin
  • 3 packs of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 jar (13 oz) whipped cream
  • 1 cup Limited Edition Mini Trix™ cereal

Directions

    You’ll need 8 (9 oz) cocktail glasses.

    Prepare the first flavor of gelatin according to the instructions. Divide it in 8 equal parts, use the 1/4 measuring cup to help you get it even. Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.

    Dissolve the 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin in a cup of hot water, mix well until completely dissolved. Add condensed milk and mix again, divide the mixture in the 8 glasses. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Mix the other flavor of gelatin, add to the glasses in equal parts, and place in the refrigerator for another hour.

    Top with whipped cream and Limited Edition Mini Trix™ cereals.
