I've always enjoyed my coffee black, no cream or sugar, and the stronger the better. I love the taste of coffee and I'm always looking for new ways to include it in my recipes. I've already prepared coffee flan, coffee granita, coffee ice cream, coffee paletas and many other treats. This weekend I prepared a coffee shake with coconut and chocolate for breakfast and it was delicious! You can add vanilla extract, rum or amaretto at the end of the process to give it a special touch.
