Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • 2 Bake pie crust according to instructions on package.
  • 3 In a blender, add sweetened condensed milk, eggs, coconut milk, water and vanilla extract; blend until smooth. Add shredded coconut and blend for 10 seconds.
  • 4 Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
