The holiday season might feel beautiful and festive, but it also brings a lot of stress. Of course we all love being with our families and spending quality time with those you might not always get to see the rest of year. I of course like to show my love to my close ones by filling everybody's belly up with yumminess of all kinds. Others like to spoil people by giving them thoughtful gifts. But let's get real: just getting to those warm and special moments are a massive stress ball! During these times I like to go to natural relaxers. My first choice is always herbal teas. Specifically, cinnamon orange tea. Besides the fact that warm water calms the body, oranges are a seasonal winter fruit so they are at their best during this time! One last but not least wonderful trait of this drink is that it tastes super, duper yummy! At the very least, taste is a good reason to try this beautiful tea. Give it a go next time you're feeling a bit out of it or are just looking for something to reach for to collect yourself and take a breather.
