Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Pour the cake mix into the mixer bowl and add the eggs, milk and apple sauce. Whip for 2 minutes. Grease a round cake mold and add the cake mix. Cut the pear into slices and add on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  • 3 Bake for 30 minutes until it browns.
  • 4 Remove from the oven, let cool and remove from the mold.
  • 5 Serve on a nice dish and enjoy with coffee or tea.
