Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2 Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • 3 In a large pan over medium heat, cook chorizo for approximately 8 minutes, breaking it up with spatula. Set aside to cool.
  • 4 In a large bowl combine crescent dough and cooked chorizo. Kneading chorizo into the dough.
  • 5 Divide dough in 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball. Place them on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • 6 Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
