Expert Tips

Try different flavors of yogurt.

Directions

  • 1 Using a 1-inch cookie cutter, or bottom of glass, cut 2 round circles out of each tortilla and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 2 Melt chocolate chips in microwave until smooth. Dip each tortilla round in chocolate to coat evenly, place on parchment paper.
  • 3 Continue dipping remaining tortilla rounds and place in fridge to harden, for about 10 minutes.
  • 4 Save leftover melted chocolate.
  • 5 To serve, top each chocolate covered tortilla round with yogurt, diced fruit and drizzle with remaining melted chocolate. Garnish with shredded coconut.
  • 6 Serve immediately or place in fridge until ready to serve.
