Spicy Kale Chips with Yoplait® Cilantro Lime Sauce

When I found out that I could make kale crispy in just 15 minutes, I jumped at the opportunity to make this for my next snack. Not only is it quick and easy to prepare, but it is also very tasty! Serve these flavorful chips with a side of cilantro-lime yogurt sauce. It’s a great in-between meals treat that your entire family will love.

Ingredients

For the chips:

  • 2 cups kale, rinsed and ribs removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chile powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped

Directions

    For the chips: Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  • 2
    Place kale in a large bowl. Add olive oil and massage oil on leaves for 5 minutes. Evenly arrange kale on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with chile powder and salt. Place in the oven for 15 minutes. Shake rotating baking sheet at 7 minutes. Remove from oven and place in a large shallow plate.

    For the sauce: Combine yogurt, lime and cilantro in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with kale chips.
