Fizzy fruit drinks are becoming increasingly popular, especially because they are so easy to prepare. You can virtually create your own with any sweet fruit, herb and sweetener you have on hand. I've experimented with a few flavor combinations and I have to say that cherries and peach have become my favorite to cool off on a hot afternoon after a workout. The key ingredient is a bit of club soda to give your drink the fizz that we all love to refresh with!
