Use frozen turkey meatballs for an easy weeknight supper.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen cooked meatballs
  • 2/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1 bag (24 oz) Value Size frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower & cheese sauce
  • Sliced tomatoes, if desired

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on package.

    While rice is cooking, in 12-inch skillet, cook meatballs covered over medium-high heat 4 minutes, stirring once. Stir in pasta sauce and oregano, scraping skillet to remove any browned bits of meat.

    Add frozen vegetables to skillet. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables and meatballs are hot. Serve over rice; top with tomatoes.
