A delicious treat to celebrate the arrival of spring. These bite sized no-bake cheesecake stuffed strawberries are light, refreshing and a great crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries

Directions

    Beat cream cheese, frozen whipped topping and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice.

    Spoon cheesecake mixture into piping bag fitted with a star tip and chill for at least two hours.

    With a paring knife remove the tops off each strawberry then carefully hollow out each strawberry, removing the white interior.

    Pipe cheesecake filling into each strawberry, chill until ready to serve.
