Directions

  • 2 Add the piecrust to a pie mold, poke the bottom with a fork and fill with the potatoes with bacon and cheese. Add the rest of the cheese and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the crust is cooked and the pie has a browned color.
  • 3 Serve hot.
