Expert Tips

Try swapping out the Monterey cheese for cheddar.

Directions

  • 1 Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy and golden brown, for about 5 minutes. Set on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess grease.
  • 2 With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, Monterey cheese, sour cream, garlic, thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until all ingredients all fully combined, for about 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate the mix for 1-2 hours, or overnight.
  • 3 In a medium-sized bowl, combine the bacon, almonds and jalapeño. Set aside.
  • 4 Form one large ball with the cheese mix. Roll it around in the bacon mix until the entire surface is coated.
  • 5 Prepare the Totino’s™ Pizza Rolls™ according to package instructions, and serve.
