Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 slices bread
  • 6 cups Rice Chex™ cereal, crushed
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

    In a shallow plate, whisk eggs and milk. Set aside.
  • 2
    Pre-heat nonstick griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 3
    Dip sliced bread into egg and dredge in crushed cereal. Spray pre-heated griddle with cooking spray and cook each slice of cereal crusted bread for 4 minutes on each side.

    Serve warm.
