Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, mix fruit, cilantro and lime juice. Cover; refrigerate until serving.
  • 2 In another small bowl, mix nutmeg, cumin, garlic salt, cinnamon and red pepper. Place pork in heavy-duty resealable food-storage plastic bag. Sprinkle spice mixture over pork. Turn bag several times to coat pork. Seal bag; refrigerate 15 minutes.
  • 3 Heat gas or charcoal grill. Remove pork from bag. Place pork on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 15 to 25 minutes, turning frequently, until pork has slight blush of pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160° F.
  • 4 Remove pork from grill; cover with foil. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with fruit mixture.
