Expert Tips

For 75 calories and 5 grams of fat per serving, use reduced-fat sour cream, mayonnaise and Caesar dressing.

Add variety to your veggie tray. Besides the usual carrot and celery sticks, you may want to try snow pea pods, asparagus spears, jicama sticks and red bell pepper strips.

By making the dip several hours ahead, the flavors will have a chance to develop and blend.

Directions

  • 1 Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and Caesar dressing in small bowl until smooth. Stir in cheese. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  • 2 Line serving bowl with lettuce leaf. Spoon dip into bowl. Sprinkle with crushed croutons. Serve with vegetables.
