Ingredients

  • 1 bag (19oz) frozen broccoli & carrots with garlic and herbs
  • 2 cups shredded turkey
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions

  • 1
    Steam broccoli and carrots with garlic and herbs in microwave as directed on package.
  • 2
    Meanwhile, place cooked and shred turkey and brown rice in a bowl.

    When the broccoli and carrots with garlic and herbs is finished cooking, carefully remove from microwave and open. Pour in bowl over cooked shredded turkey and cooked brown rice.

    Stir to combine, serve warm garnished with sliced almonds.
