frozen baby Brussels sprouts & butter sauce 10 oz

apple cut into pieces about 1 inch

medium shallots, thinly sliced

peeled and sliced onion (optional)

tablespoons melted butter

tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Prepare the Brussels sprouts according to their instructions and save the juices.
  • 3 Mix the sprouts, pumpkin, apples, shallots and onion in a large bowl. Add the butter, syrup and salt and pepper. Stir well.
  • 4 Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread out the mixture. Bake for close to half and hour, mixing from time to time.
  • 5 Add the cheese and let cook. Take them out of the oven when they’re red and the cheese has melted. Serve.
