One of the most popular winter ingredients is pumpkin. We can find it in drinks, desserts and sides. There also exist different types, like squash, also common during this time of year. They can be prepared in the oven, steamed and even in the microwave. One of my favorite dishes with this ingredient is served with Brussels sprouts and apples, the perfect seasonal side.
To save time, I’ve decided to use baby Brussels sprouts and carrots.
