Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • 2 Open biscuits and divide them into two layers.
  • 3 Place them on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • 4 Melt butter on medium heat and add sugar.
  • 5 Peal the pear and cut it into thick round slices.
  • 6 Add pear to melted butter and sugar, and cook until slightly softened.
  • 7 Add vinegar and let cook for another 3 minutes. Set aside.
  • 8 Cut Brie and place a piece on each biscuit.
  • 9 Cover with a slice of pear and bake again until cheese melts.
  • 10 Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve.
