Cereals shouldn't be limited to a bowl of milk, nor to breakfast. They're an amazing ingredient, together with dried fruits and a bit of honey, to prepare energy bars. This time I used Fiber One™ cereals with dried apricots, nuts and sunflower seeds. You'll be surprised with the results: a simple combination of ingredients turns into an amazing snack! Which other fruit would you add?
