A one ingredient ice cream made entirely of bananas! This ice cream involves no cooking and requires only a food processor, plus it’s good enough to enjoy for breakfast – yay!

Ingredients

  • 4 large, ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Cheerios™ cereal MultiGrain

Directions

    Peel and dice banana into bite sized pieces. Place diced banana in freezer-safe plastic bag and freeze overnight.

    The following day place half of the frozen bananas in a food processor and pulse to break up frozen banana, scraping down as needed. Once all pieces are broken up, blend until smooth, scraping down as needed.

    Place first batch of ice cream in a freezer-safe container, place in freezer and repeat this proceeds with the remaining half.

    Once the second half is added to freezer-safe container, freeze until solid.
  • 5
    Serve topped with Multi-Grain Cheerios™.
