One serving of this oatmeal provides many nutrients: both soluble and insoluble fiber, iron, calcium, folic acid and that good-for-you fat, omega-3, from the walnuts! Keep leftovers on hand to reheat for another day.
Whole Grain Serving: 1 1/2
