Summer is a busy season and now that the kids are back in school, we might not have the time to prepare a complicated breakfast. Smoothies using whole grain cereals and seasonal fruits are a great way to start your day on the right foot. I really like oats and the whole grains found in Cheerios™ cereals. It’s a great source for the fiber and whole grains necessary to lead a nutritious life, they’re also a tasty way to start your day filled with energy. I invite you to prepare this delicious fresh mango smoothie with Cheerios™ to enjoy this school year. Enjoy!
