Martini is a cocktail that is always in fashion. When it's done with the distilled grape's pisco we call it Piscotini. The difference from a traditional Martini is that instead of Gin you use Pisco and add other flavors to make it playful and fun... just what we need to celebrate the Christmas holidays!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 Orange peel strip
  • 1 cherry marrasquino

Directions

    In a cocktail mixer add ice, then add Pisco and Amaretto and stir with a teaspoon (never shake).

    Serve a Martini glass decorated with a marraschino cherry at the bottom and a curly orange peel.

    Replace the Amaretto with Raspberry Liqueur, for a fruity flavor and very sweet.

    The Piscotini cocktail is ideal to enjoy before a dinner. Is elegant and it has a beautiful color.

    We always recommend being cautious when it comes to making cocktails with Pisco, because it has a high degree of alcohol and tend to seem innocent but are strong.
