Yogurt parfaits are the simplest breakfast and mid-morning snacks. They are fun to prepare and even more fun to enjoy amongst friends. Kids love colorful treat during the warm summer months during vacation time. Prepare yours with your favorite yogurt and fruit combination. Don't forget the Cheerios for that added tasty crunch. Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup Cheerios™ cereal, crushed
  • Mint for garnish

Directions

    In a blender, combine 2 cups yogurt with 1 pint blackberries and honey. Blend until combined and smooth.

    Place 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt in serving cups. Top with 1/4 cup crushed Cheerios™ then top with 1/2 cup blackberry yogurt mixture. Top with extra black berries and garnish with a sprinkle of Cheerios™ and mint leaves.
