Strawberry Mimosas

We live near strawberry fields, so fresh berries are available February through late May. One year, we took a tour of a strawberry farm, and when I got home with three flats of strawberries, I had to get creative!

If you are going to spend an entire Sunday cooking and baking, you might as well start with brunch, right? These strawberry mimosas were created partly because I had to use up the strawberries I had on hand, but mostly because I love strawberries and champagne together.
