Rosalynda Segovia Thorn

Hello, I'm Rosalynda! I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My mother's family is from Mexico, and I'm a biracial Latina! Many of my favorite childhood memories center around the kitchen and dinner table. I can remember watching my grandmother cook everything from scratch and wanting to be just like her. Today, I'm the one in the kitchen. I enjoy trying new food and recipes. My family is multicultural and we like going to food festivals and learning about different ethnicities. Whether it's flan, pho, or fried chicken - you can find me whipping it up in my kitchen! I love the look on my children's faces when they realize I have cooked one of their favorite meals: puro amor. When I'm not cooking, I enjoy blogging (about food, of course!) photography, and creating memories with my family. Please follow me on twitter. I'm @mommypowers
