Hello, I'm Rosalynda! I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My mother's family is from Mexico, and I'm a biracial Latina! Many of my favorite childhood memories center around the kitchen and dinner table. I can remember watching my grandmother cook everything from scratch and wanting to be just like her. Today, I'm the one in the kitchen. I enjoy trying new food and recipes. My family is multicultural and we like going to food festivals and learning about different ethnicities. Whether it's flan, pho, or fried chicken - you can find me whipping it up in my kitchen! I love the look on my children's faces when they realize I have cooked one of their favorite meals: puro amor. Chicken Mole

Growing up, my mom made several dishes that were my favorites. Chicken Mole is one of those meals. Every time she would prepare it, I would be first in the kitchen to serve up my plate. I like to cook Chicken Mole, just like mom used to make, for my family, and I am happy to say they love it as much as I do!
