Erica Dinho

I was born and raised in Medellin - Colombia, and there I lived happily with my family and friends for many years. After high school, I studied Tourism, Hotel Management, and Marketing.

I came to the Northeastern United States one summer to spend some time with family, and never left! I met a man, settled down, had a family, and here I happily remain.

Being away from home and having a desire to stay connected with my culture and food, in 2009 I created, a recipe blog consisting of Colombian recipes and many other great tasting dishes from around the world. Sharing Colombian food and culture with people from other countries brings me great pleasure and allows me to stay connected to my heritage.
