Even though my college degree says I’m a Business Administrator and Human Resources specialist, I actually define myself as more of a globetrotter. I’m obsessed with traveling because it means learning about new cultures, seeing the world in a different way and, the best of all, enjoying wonderful cuisines. I am from Colombia but years ago I chose California as my home. It is one of the most multicultural places in the world. In my new home, I keep discovering the great variety of Mexican dishes, the similarity between Caribbean cuisine and that of my home country, and the exquisite foods of Central America. Of course, I also get to enjoy my beloved Colombian cuisine. I invite you to explore the city with me. Join me in my gastronomic adventure and lets discover the culinary treasures hidden in every corner of Los Angeles and its surroundings.
