Martha Salas

I am a proud Latin American (Venezuelan) mother of three girls, a publicist by profession and a chef by passion. I am a fine-cuisine lover and believe we should try everything, for taste lies in variety! When creating my own recipes, I find inspiration in the recommendations my grandmother Eva left me. I use traditional recipes, adding my magic touch with love, to make the final product something to crave. I teach children in a cooking class called “Kids Chef.” They learn good manners, how to properly set a table and how to prepare simple recipes with love, while having fun. Also, through “Sexy Chef” I gather housewives and professionals to show them how to enjoy being in the kitchen with pleasure, leaving behind the sense of duty. We have a great time getting to know the wonders of the culinary world, traveling through my recipes and learning about wines and customs from each region.
