I’m a Venezuelan blogger and graphic designer, currently living in San Diego, CA. I grew up in a very large family and every one of my aunts did a lot of cooking. Our family get-togethers were always filled with delicious dishes. After starting my graphic design career in Caracas, I moved to Mexico City, where I practiced my profession while absorbing a new culture and new customs. Three years later, I did the same thing when I arrived in the United States, where I currently live.
I have always loved to travel and get to know different places and cultures. Today, my family is also multicultural, as I married an American. And when it comes to cooking, I also try to mix a little of my Venezuelan flavor and my creativity with new flavors!
In my bilingual blog MamiTalks, I share anecdotes about being a mom, ideas, crafts and events, as well as lots of photos.
